DAY 10: 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

Magpapayat ay di biro, maghapong naka-diyeta. Di naman makalafes ng bongga. Di naman makafood trip without a konsensya (Kantahin sa tono ng "Matanim ay Di Biro"). Seriously, looooooosing katabaan is not easy. Thank God na lang talaga, I'm very motivated to burn my excess sa katawan not because I want to have a sexy body (aminin!!!) but of course, I want to be healthy.  Dahil nga nasa lahi ng aming pamilya ang Highblood and Diabetes, it's better to exercise or live a healthy lifestyle.

Yesterday was the (drum roll) 10th day of my 30-day Challenge. Nakakatuwa isipin na I'm really consistent with what I eat and I do loooooots of exercise. On top of that, I can now resist sweeeeeeet eklavus such as my favorite pearl milk tea, cakes and a lot more.

Yesterday, I also weighed in. And I was (drum roll) shocked ng bonggang bongga.  Wanna know it? Read on.


Masakit sa bangs ang magpapayat. Okay, masakit sa taba ang magpapayat. You really have to discipline yourself on what to eat and not what to lamon. Like before, whenever I crave for a chocolate or some sweet drink, aba, mega bili sa kung saan saan. And noon, kapag nag-crave sa Jollibee or some nakakataba na food, aba, buy agad. Kasi nga ang excuse, cravingsssssssss (dami noh?). But since I started to enroll in my 30-day fitness challenge, my life has been changed (naks, parang reality TV lang, ano baaaa! Pak).

Anyways, yesterday, I had the usual. Nako, yang word na "usual" ay kailangan ko ng gawing mainstay sa blog ko. Laging usual ang drama ko. It's the "usual" healthy goooood!

So yesteday nga, I had (drum roll) an apple and grapes for breakfast. Di ko naman nauubos sa isang upuan, unti unti kong kinakain.  Slowly but surely ang drama ko sa pagkain ng prutas.

Then for lunch, I had a small portion of brown rice and some veggies which I cooked. And for my dessert, I had one piece of mint candy.


In the afternoon, since I was busy with work,  no merienda time.  Puros tubig lang. Tinatamad akong kumain. Isipin mo yon, tinatamad ako kumain? Award!

Meanwhile, I saw my officemate and she's holding (bongga sa paginom) a pearl milk tea (na super fave ko). Surprisingly, di ako natakam. Feeling ko nung nakita ko ang milk tea, parang isang baso lang ng taba. So, na-deadma ko.

I have that tendency (weird grabe) that whenever I see a yummy or sweet food, feeling ko eh taba lang na nilagyan ng kulay. But don't worry, I also have this thinking na puedeng tumikim sa mga food para ma-enjoy din. Tikim lang. TIKIM.

Afternoon came and I had a nangungulit na craving to eat something sweet. So, instead of having a cake or some doughnut, bongga ang lolo niyo sa pagkain ng isang pirasong mint candy. Actually, dalawang piraso pala. Akalain niyo yon?

As soon as I went off from work, I worked out in the house. I danced and jogged for 45 minutes. Kaloka ang damit ko, makakapuno na ng isang baso ng tubig sa sobrang pawis.  And I just loooooove it ng bongga. Feeling ko, size ni MAHAL ang nawala sa katawan ko!

At night, I had some veggies and one slice of a high-fibre bread. After eating, I attended my choir's practice.

During the practice, I was thinking of grabbing a snack from a nearby Kedai (Store) when I reach home. I was dreaming of some sweet drinks, a Yan Yan, and yes, Magnum ice cream.

Apparently, my cravingsssss vanished when I got home. Instead of having sinful delights, I had....(drum roll), a bowl of grapes! O di ba, ako na ang may lahing cleopatra sa pagkahilig sa grapes.

Eventually, nakatulog na ako with all the pagod from my morning Taichi exercise and the pawisan session in the afternoon. I had a bonggang tulog. I feel light and fresh!
  
Here's a shocking revelation. Nagtimbang ako. I ALREADY LOST 3 KILOS since day 1 of my 30-Day Fitness Challenge. Don't you love it?
