DAY 11: 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

Eleven days na ang nakalipas and I'm still alive and bonggang bonggang motivated with my fitness challenge. Paano ko nga ba nasusurvive ang healthy healthyhan na challenge na ito? Oh well, isa lang naman ang rason mga dear readers,  I really (as in gustong gusto) want to become fit and healthy.

So to make things more exciting, on my 11th day, I had a vegetarian meal for lunch and I took a picture of my body to show to you na nabawasan na ang aking tiyan. For your information, walang photoshop ang involved dito. 

Meanwhile, I also took a picture of the weighing scale with me on it. Siempre, para maipakita naman sa inyo ang aking mga dapat pang i-lose.

Mejo naumay na rin ako sa ulam ko for the past two days. I had chicken adobo (without the skin and white meat lang) and I had some mixed veggies as well. On the side, may small portion of brown rice.So dahil nga naumay na ako,  I decided to go out yesterday to have my lunch.
In the morning, Taichi galore pa rin ako. Stretch dito, stretch doon. The slower the movement, the more you sweat out. Yan ang technique in doing Taichi.

Lunch came and I was so excited to try the near (I heard ay masarap ang food talaga) vegetarian restaurant near our office. It's called Pureland Vegetarian House.

When I walked in the restaurant, pansin ko agad na mejo sexy ang mga kumakain. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, ito pala ang na-a-achieve pag vegetarian. Since I was bonggang bonggang starving to death na, I called the waitress and checked the menu.

Oddly, naghahanap ako ng chicken. Pero siempre di ko naman sinabi kay ate na bet ko ang chicken. I continuously browsed the mejo luma ng menu. Then the wanton piqued my interest. On the side, I also ordered a small plate of the cabbage. For the drinks, I had a cold lemon juice.

As I waited for my food, I read a book which I always bring. Minutes later,ayan na ang foooood ko. Surprisingly, surprisingly, (echosero kasi), talagang walang karne ang food. As I told myself, unbelievable! Kaloka lang at pumasok sa vegetarian restaurant pero naghahanap ng unting karne. Kaloka!

So I had a bite of the wanton. God gracious! yon na ang bumonggang pak sa utak ko. Hindi ko makapaniwala na yung wanton ay walang meat! Kaloka moment na naman di ba. And mas bongga, parang mushroom yung nasa loob. All I can say, lami ng bongga! However, di ko naubos yung noodles. Ang bigat sa tiyan eh!


Then, tinikman ko na rin yung cabbage set. And OMG talaga ng bonggang bongga. Muntik na akong mahimatay sa sarap nung food. To think my dear readers, hindi maalat! 

Perfect din ang lemon juice to compliment my gulaylicious meal.


After I finished my lunch, super nakangiti ako. I feel light pero busog talaga. At the back of my mind, I told myself that it's really an achievement to enjoy a meal na puros gulay!

As soon as I went off from work, I worked out. I jogged (in place) for 30 minutes. I also danced with some upbeat songs.

Tanong ng bayan, may na-looooose na ba talaga ako? Now is the perfect time to answer that.

I can say that I shed only a few kilos pero happy rin talaga dahil nabawasan na ang aking tiyan. Yan eh without making a bonggang effort na hold on my paghinga pag magdadamit. 

So below is my picture which shows my plantsadong tiyan. I took the picture yesterday matapos makapahinga sa 40 minute work out. (Ang mga susunod na larawan ay nangangailangan ng patnubay ng magulang! lol). On the side, I realized na maputi pala ako. #hahaha

 For your information, di ko balak maging "HUNK." All I want is to become fit and healthy. Siempre, gusto ko rin mabawasan ang katabaan kasi nga nasa lahi namin ang highblood and diabetes. As they say, prevention is better than cure. Dahil dyan, pak na pak ang kailangang maging healthy.

Below is my picture na nagpapakita na (super happy) at may curve na ang aking tiyan. So hopefully, with continuous diet and more exercise, I'll get a bonggang body before summer comes.  Don't worry, ganyan talaga pag CHUBBY! #hahaha.

Nako, I can't wait to fulfill this 30-day challenge. And eventually, I'll go for a second season, another 30 day of fitness challenge! Cheers!
