DAY 15: 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

Bongga! Nangangalahati na ako sa aking 30-day Fitness Challenge. Can you believe it? With 15 days of straight workout and diet, talaga namang feeling happy ako at nabawasan na rin ang aking timbang. At mas bongga pa, nabawasan na ang laki ng tiyan. Yan dapat ang sinukat ko bago ako magstart sa fitness challenge na ito.

Yesterday, kakaiba ang araw ko. I was having a migraine in the afternoon that I almost ignored working out. But thanks to tamang pahinga, after 30 minutes of power nap in my room, nakabangon agad ako to work out.

Meanwhile, I also some kakaibang meryenda. It's not mani or the typical lunurin-sa-tubig style of coping with gutom-gutoman, but I had something special to feel the summer heat na ngayon ay bumobonggang sun dance sa Pilipinas.

Nagbalik na ang kaopisina ko na nagstay sa first floor ng bahay. With that, I am now obliged to wake up so early to exercise and avoid noises downstairs. From waking up at 6, I had to pull out myself from my bed as early as 5:30. As in kahit zombie walk pa ako sa lakad, talagang lumalakad ako para makapagexercise in the bonggang aga sa umaga!
The hardest part on exercising in the morning is waking up. Sa totoo lang, sa lamig ng paligid dahil sa aircon at lambot ng unan, I'm soooooo tempted not to exercise. Then again, dahil super motivated ako, may I bangon ako sa umaga. Keber kung matamaan ko yung mesa sa paglakad ko or mauntog ako sa pinto. OA much sa antok?

Once I get my groove on exercising in the morning, tuloy tuloy na yan. Especially pag nagsimula ng pawisan, it's oh so refreshing.

During lunch time, I eat what my tummy can only take. If I feel that I'm full, I stop. Yon naman daw kasi yon, kumain ng parang di kumain. Basta magkalaman ang tiyan (with all the sustansya siempre), ay ayos na.

So for breakfast yesterday, I had two pandesal and one apple. Then for lunch, I had a fried fish, portions of brown rice (na hindi ko naubos) and more veggies with fish cubes.

After eating my lunch in the office, I went to Hua Ho Kiulap to buy some apples. Isipin niyo yon, nauubos ko na ang apples ko sa ref at talagang kailangan ko pang bumili.

In the supermarket, I suddenly had the urge to buy a small chocolate. Bet na bet ko ang toblerone pero yung maliit lang. Pero kaloka lang, may I grab na dapat ako ng chocolate ng makita ko ang MANGGANG HILAE! So instead of having that sweet craving, nangasim ako at napabili ng mangga.

Soon, I was back in the office. Pero di ko muna tinira yung mangga. Dahil nga busog pa ako, awat muna.

Snack time came and I started to enjoy the manggang hilaw. I also shared it with my officemate.


My work day ended and I went home. As I was having a migraine, I told myself that I don't think I can exercise. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, shocks, mabe-break ko ang record ng continuous exercise. 

Thank God, after resting for 30 minutes, my headache was gone and I was more energized to exercise. Soon, natapos ko ang one hour exercise with all the jogging and dancing.

Meanwhile, I also added a new routine in my exercise. That is by having a few sit-ups. Napansin ko kasi na kailangan ko ring i-tighten ang tiyan ko.

For dinner, I had two pandesal and three boiled bananas. I also had some cheese, one slice lang.

My 15th day capped off with a happy heart. Sa kabila ng migraine, unting pahinga lang at nakabanat ako magexercise. Mas bongga rin na I had mangga for my snack.

Talagang wala ng tatalo sa exercising para magloose ng weight. And of course, eat healthy!

As of writing, I'm now on my 16th day. Tuloy tuloy na ito.
