What's more interesting on my 23rd day ay ang aking pagluwas, pagluwas talaga, to watch a movie. Yes, together with my officemates, we watched the trending movie of this month, "Hunger Games." Actually, I was also intrigued with the positive reviews from critics and praises from moviegoers. So pahinga in my mind, I went out for some movie night out.
Meanwhile, I realized, yes, laging may realization, na talagang pumayat na ako. Mas kaloka pa, hindi na ako sanay kumain ng heavy meal. Yet yesterday, there was an exception. Since I was craving for that food treat, I indulged nang bonggang bongga.

When I arrived in the office, I realized that the apple that I had was, hinga ng malalim, slightly nabubulok na. Yung top part. Nakakapagtaka at nasa ref naman ito. Dahil diyan, I just opted to eat three pandesal for breakfast. Alangan naman kainin ko yung nabubulok na apple. FYI, nagpapapayat ako at hindi nagpapatiwakal.But seriously, my body was craving for an apple for breakfast. Imagine naman kasi, for the past 22 days, apple na ang katuwang ko sa umaga,
Despite not having an apple, at kahit hirap ako maka-move on na hindi ako nakakain ng apple, I enjoyed naman my breakfast. Okay na rin ang tatlong pandesal. Super nakakabusog na rin. Gayunpaman, talagang naghahanap ako ng apple. Adik mode lang sa apple.
Lunch came and I enjoyed my home cooked meal. I had fried fish, half cup of brown rice and ensaladang kamatis. As I was eating, naisip ko na isa naman itong fish-tival episode. Love ko naman kasi super love ko kumain ng fish.
After eating my lunch, I went out to, guess what, to buy one pack of apples. Surprisingly, when I reached the supermarket, I found out na walang red apple. Instead, nagkalat ang green apple. Since I was sooooo programmed to buy an apple, programmed talaga, I grabbed one pack of green apples, paid and went back to work.
At work, I craved for something sweet. Kakatuwa lang dahil hindi chocolate, cake or ice cream ang hanap ko. Basta sabi ko sa sarili ko, gusto ko ng something sweet at madaling tunawin. Viola, I bought a C2 drink.
After work, instead of having my "usual" work out, I went out with my officemates to watch the movie "Hunger Games."
Prior to watching, we ate first in a nearby restaurant. I had kolo mee special and an iced tea.
A movie night out without a popcorn would definitely be boring for me. So, yours truly bought one medium sized popcorn (mixed: salty and sweet) with a medium sized coca cola. Oh di ba, dinedma ko talaga ang katamisan for that night. In my mind, all I wanted was to enjoooooy the moment.

Soon, I was home and I was perusing a few pages of the "Hunger Games." As I read, I became so engrossed in doing a review of the movie. Of course, I'll post that soon.
My 23rd Day was a breather. Hindi sa hinayaan ko ang sarili ko na mag-pig out dahil wala namang bonggang kainan na naganap but it's a matter of balance. As my friend told me, nakakadrain din talaga ang magpapayat so kakailangan mo minsan magpahinga. In my case, that was yesterday. And I had a good time pampering myself.
Meanwhile, I felt that hindi na sanay ang tiyan ko na kumain ng marami especially sa gabi. Like kagabi, parang mejo bumigat ang tiyan ko as I finished my kolo mee special. Or baka na rin sa puno ng MSG ang food? Oh well, that's sometimes what I don't like eating out. You wouldn't know how they prepare your food. So for me, it's best to bring baon and eat it. Siempre, on some occasion naman, better na kumain din sa labas with friends. Just pick a healthy choice.
When I reached home, I drank lots of water as well. I had a thought of flushing out what I had for the night. Siempre napa-coke ako so deserve ko na magtubig ng marami para malinis ang kidneys ko. OA much? Hindi. Healthy Healthyhan much.
Now I'm on my 24th day. Six days to go and I'm done with this program. Don't worry, I'll share my program for you to know, critique and perhaps follow. But bear in mind that each and everyone has its own coping mechanism especially on losing weight. Wag bibiglain ang sarili na pumayat agad. More than the pagpapapayat, it's important to be healthy along the way.
As I said, magpapayat at huwag magpatiwakal.
