DAY 24: 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

It's just unbelievable. Kahapon ay ang aking 24th day with my 30-Day Fitness Challenge. And guess what, I can really see the big changes in my body. Nag-slim down na nga talaga ako. My problem is to trim and "handle" my tagiliran.  But I'm not losing hope. Through some side crunches, mawawala din ito.

Nothing exciting happened yesterday as I went through my fitness challenge except for I went out for lunch with my friends, Siempre, no white rice pa rin.

Meanwhile, as I was exercising yesterday, napansin ko na mejo lumiit na ang arms ko. With this, I am thinking of getting some dumbbells to tone and add muscles sa braso ko.

 I would like to thank each and everyone na talaga namang sumusubaybay sa aking fitness challenge. Parang kailangan lang nga ay nasa Day 1 tayo. Now, specifically yesterday, ika-24th ko na. Indeed, it's an achievement.

Masaya ako sa resulta ng aking Fitness Challenge.  As I posted on my Facebook wall, I didn't go to the gym and pay fees. I'm sure, mahal din kasi mag-gym at sa halip na igastos ko sa gym, ipunin ko na for some investments. Well, okay din naman mag-gym basta ba may budget ka.

Meanwhile, apart from not going to the gym, isa ang disiplina sa pagkain at tutok sa exercise ang napanindigan ko with this challenge. Parusa nga talaga ang magpapayat dahil napakarami ng temptations. But then again, at the end of the day, if you're really motivated, you'll eventually get your desired body through saying "no" to unecessary kainan. Mas bongga pa dahil magiging healthy ka, inside and out.

Yesterday was my 24th day. Nung nageexercise nga ako, natawa ako kasi talagang sineryoso ko ang challenge na ito. Nung umpisa, mahirap talaga. Painitan ng ulo sa diyeta. At habulan ng hininga sa unang banat ng jogging. Isama mo na rin ang pahirapan sa pagising sa umaga. But now, I've adjusted my body and my routines.

For breakfast yesterday, I had one apple. It's not an ordinary red apple. Dahil nga two days ago ay walang red apple, napabili ako ng green apple. So I had a green apple yesterday. I tell you, mejo maasim. Still, I enjoyed munching it in my workstation after finishing two pandesal.

For my lunch, I went out with my friends. Siempre, pag may fitness challenge ka, hindi naman nangangahulugan na maging anti-social ka. Dapat you balance things. So yesterday, I went out with my makukulit at sobrang ligayang friends and I had a beef kolomee. Matagal tagal na rin akong di kumakain ng beef so sinubukan ko naman ulit. For my drinks, I had an iced tea.



My friends were surprised that I really lost weight especially in my tummy and arms area. Sabi nga nila, sobrang pumayat na raw ako. Naniwala naman ako. Hindi dahil friends ko sila pero ramdam ko rin naman sa pagluwag ng damit ko, pag-feeling light ko at flexibility ko sa lakaran or kung saan saan pang activities.

My friends were even surprised that most of the time, I eat only bananas especially at night. Yes, nilagang saging. They laughed. Mukhang ibang "saging" ang balak kainin ng mga loko. #hahaha

After lunch, I went to the office. I finished my job without munching anything. Busog pa ako so more water lang. Mejo inaantok pa ako dahil puyat the other night sa pagnuod ng Hunger Games.

At night, I exercised. The usual routines were just there to burn the fats. I jogged for 30 minutes, danced for 15 minutes and did some stretching and cool down right after.

For dinner, napakain ako ng brown rice. Sarap kasi mag-isda.  I had fried tilapia last night with some kamatis. Super happy ang dinner.

The only thing that I want to improve at the moment in this fitness challenge is to eventually build some muscles. With kakatakbo at kaka-taichi, mukhang nawala ang ibang muscles sa braso ko. And that's something I have to focus on.

In the next season of my fitness challenge, I promise to work on my arms. And of course, kailangan ng unti pang sit-ups to carve my abs. Yes, talagang huhulmahin ang tiyan.

Mahirap na at baka sisihin mo pa ako pag bumigay ang iyong katawan. But nevertheless, you should eat right and exercise properly. Sipag at tiyaga eh talagang ma-achieve ang healthy body!
