DAY 25: 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

Totoo nga, no pain, no gain. That's what I realized with my 30-day fitness challenge. Di ko lubos maisip na I'm on my (as of writing) 26th Day. Four days to go and I'm done with this challenge.

I won't say goodbye to my challenge. Actually, may season 2 na. Dahil nga nasanay na ang katawan ko sa tamang kain ng masusustansyang pagkain at ang pageehersisyo, tuloy tuloy na ito.

Yesterday was mejo talagang nanakam ako sa matamis. Parang gusto kong kumain ng isang bar ng chocolate. As in yung kain galore talaga. Positively, I was able to control my craving because of diverting my mind to something rewarding.

Marami ang nagtatanong if kinaya ko daw ba ang "saging na saba" lang sa gabi. Sabi ko naman, oo naman, eto nga't I'm on my 25th day na; this was my statement yesterday while conversing with a friend. But I also confessed that minsan ay may isang slice din ng bread akong kinakain for dinner. As in one slice lang, walang palaman. And when nagutom ako, I grab a banana.

Iniwasan ko na ang mga chichirya. Maalat yan. Magreretain ng water sa katawan. On the side, since I engaged with this fitness challenge, I promised myself to control eating sweets. At bongga naman dahil napanindigan ko. Ang tanging sweets na nakakain ko ay all natural dahil fruits ito. Although there were times I had my share of "ice cream," I didn't feel any guilt as I exercised right after the fattening session.

Yesterday was my 25th day. Ang bilis ng panahon. Super. Di mapigilan. But what's more exciting, I feel na nakatulong din ang pagiwas ko sa karne. I'm now more into eating fish. Maliban sa light, eh healthy pa.

As usual, for my breakfast, katuwang ang apple. Pero this time it's green. Siempre, meron ding dalawang pandesal.


I also drink one glass of milk as early as 5:30 before I exercise or do my Taichi routines. 

Meanwhile, dahil sa brown rice, mabilis akong nabubusog pero super may energy. Unting subo lang ng rice eh talagang busog na. But of course, I also have some veggies to complete my lunch.

In the afternoon, tuloy tuloy pa rin ang ehersisyo. Sometimes I exercise late night as I had to finish some work in the afternoon. Gayunpaman, tuloy tuloy ang pagpapawis.

Yesterday, even though I went out with our client, I still managed to exercise. Kahit 30 minutes jogging, masaya na rin. Super pawis din.

Now here's the answer if I ate a chocolate yesterday. Yes, I had my sweet fix.


After working out, I went out to meet our client na friend ko rin. It was not a work-related meet up but for some chikahan lang.Matagal na rin kasi nagaaya yung friend ko. So go na.

In our chikahan at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Gadong, she treated me with a ceasar salad. And for my drinks, hello there, I had my all-time favourite Banana Chocolate (Coffee-free).


Dahil diyan, yes, nagmatamis ako kahapon.

But as I was eating my salad and enjoying the drink, I didn't feel any guilt or whatsoever. Tagal ko na rin kasi di nagmamatamis ng bongga. And on another note, I liked the salad. Super light sa tiyan and refreshing din because I just finished working out.

Soon, at around 10, I went home. Super happy lang at feeling light pa rin. And mas happy dahil at the moment, five kilos na rin ang nawala sa akin.

Lumiit na ang dating malaking tiyan at nabawasan na sa laki ang bilbil. Pati ang man boobs ko, flat na! #hahahaha. It's just so amazing! 


So when I get back to the Philippines, I'll shop for smaller clothes. Pero dahil matipid ako, either I go to greenhills, 168, tutuban mall and yes, divisoria!
