DAY 12: ROAD TO 65 FITNESS CHALLENGE "PROGRESS REPORT (WITH BONGGANG VISUALS)"

Kalma.Kalma. Kalma. But I can't help it, I'm just excited. OA much? Anyways, I just want to tell everyone, especially my dear reader of this blog, that yesterday was the 12th day in my Road to 65 Fitness Challenge. Yes, time flies so fast.

Perhaps you may wondering if I'm making progress with what I'm doing. Well, well, well, balong malalim, awa ng Diyos, I'm umuusad naman. To prove that my dear readers, read on and you'll see my "feeling hunk" photo.

Beware: feeling hunk photo inside. Pagsusuka is an option. Iwasan magpantasya. Pak!

Uncontrollable. Yan ang nangyari sa akin kahapon with my paglamon.

Rewind. Early morning, instead of having the usual pandesal, I had tuna sandwich.

Came lunch and napakanin ako. It's just not those ordinary rice meal.Kanin kung kanin ang kinain ko. It's called Pattaya Fried Rice.

Because I had that guilt feeling, I exercised in the afternoon. Talagang bonggang bongga mega takbo, stretching and push-up. To compliment my pagpapawis session, I just had adobo with one small pandesal and four boiled bananas.

Despite all of my paglamon yesterday, I was still happy with the progress I'm making. I took photo of my katawan after working out.

Now, let me show to you some visuals.

 (1) Front Upper Shot. Below is the colored version of my recent body shot (July, 2012). Positively, with jogging and healthy eating, I'm getting there! Di ko muna pinapangarap ang six-pack abs.

(2). Upper Shot - Side View. I know, I know, this is my sexiest side. Me ganon talaga? I can the curves and yes, the curves na bonggang pinaghihirapan at pinagpapawisan. So how did I achieve this? Well, consistent jogging and stretching.

(3.) Fat Evolution. The first visual shows Human Evolution este my body transformation. From being so biiiiig and having a bonggang tummy, which can be seen in the months of April and until the first week of May. Since I didn't stop working out, katuwang ang jogging and Taichi coupled with healthy eating, I achieved my current body, as presented in the picture in July. Amazing! hahaha!

I guess yan muna ang maibabahagi ko sa inyo my dear readers and followers. At least, I can really monitor and see what I'm achieving with this fitness challenge.

Recently I checked my weight. Ako ay 68kgs na! This is far from the 76Kilos na timbang ko in April 2012.

I guess, there's no more stopping with this fitness challenge. Sabi nga nila eh, health is wealth! I super agree.

What's my next step? I'll try to lift some weights (yung supported by the legs) so that I can sculpt my arms. As you all know ay may scolio ako so hindi puede ang hardcore buhatan.

Let's see! Happy weekend everyone!
