DAY 24- 25: ROAD TO 65 FITNESS CHALLENGE - TOP 20 WAYS TO COMPLETE THE STATEMENT "PUMAPAYAT BA AKO? OO, ___________"

Since last week ay nagsimula na akong magplano for my upcoming vacation in the Philippines. As you all know, at para sa hindi pa nakaka-knows, I'm going to _______ (secret!). Chos! Yes, I'm leaving soon Brunei and be back in the Philippines to proseso my _____ and eventually make lipad to Land Down Undah. As my friend said, doon naman daw ako maghahasik ng kaguluhan. 

The past days have been crazy. To the max ang kaguluhan sa isipan ko. But I'm simply happy. The mere fact that (finally) I'll be able to fulfill my dream of getting a PhD, I'm very elated that I'm blessed with a scholarship na magbibigay daan upang manirahan ako sa isang panibagong lupain at umunlad. And hopefully in the near future ay makapagturo ako sa isang Unibersidad o di kaya naman ay maging researcher, or Artista! Chos naman sa artista.

Truckloads (as in lebel ng trak ng basura) of thoughts have been brewing in my mind for the past days. As in ang dami daming kong iniisip maliban pa sa fitness challenge na ito. Aside from the conference paper that I'm working on, which is to be presented at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand in October, I've been also busy pondering on (and reminiscing) the 4 years plus of my life in the Abode of Peace. Marami na ring kaganapan na bumago sa buhay ko. With this in mind, as I prepare for the line up of send-offs that I need to accommodate, I've decided to cut my fitness challenge (blogging pero go go go pa rin ang workout) sooon (hanggang Day 30 na lang) and will work on blogging about my feelings on leaving a place and starting anew. I know you'll be delighted to know more about that.

But before I start sobbing like a child dahil siguradong mamimiss ko ang buhay ko rito, apart from showcasing the yummylicious foodamba that I enjoyed for the past two days, allow me (Siempre wala namang kokontra kasi blog ko ito) the TOP 20 Ways to complete the statement, "Pumapayat ba ako? Oo, ____________"

Makibasa na! Now na!
 I want something new. I want to try a different food. Yes, yan ang nasa isipan ko for the past days. I'd been eating the usual food for breakfast and Kolomee for Lunch and so I thought of giving in to something iba naman.

So two days ago, dahil naintriga ako sa panunuod ng Ramen Girl, I tried eating Gyoza Ramen for lunch in a nearby Japanese restaurant. Grabe pala at mabigat din sa tiyan. O baka kasi maliban sa marami ang piraso ng gyoza, ang dami rin ng serving ng noodles.


The next day, I treated myself with a bonggang bonggang breakfast. Together with my officemate, I ate an American breakfast at Fleur de Lys. Buti naman at may complimentary coffee so na-enjoy ko ang agahan.


I didn't regret eating nang bongga. I'd worked out for the past days and as of writing, tuloy tuloy ang pagpapawis at daan tungo sa malusog na pangangatawan.

Apart from giving in to a Japanese and American meal, one thought crossed my mind. Bigla kong naisip ang mga possibleng ...

Now, five days to go and I'm done blogging about my fitness challenge. If there's any changes that I feel na na-a-achieve ko, yan eh ang consistency and disiplina! Wohoo!
