DAY 26 T0 28: ROAD TO 65 FITNESS CHALLENGE: "TOP 20 WAYS TO COMPLETE THE STATEMENT, "PUMAPAYAT BA AKO? HINDI,_______________ "

As of writing, two days to and go and I’m on my 30th day of making pilit myself on this Road to 65 Fitness Challenge. Making piliti talaga? Well, based on the past days, mukhang hindi naman ata ako nagloose ng weight. I guess it’s because halos lamon ako ng lamon sa handaan. On a positive side, I’ve been consistent with my afternoon workout session. With that, I feel light pa rin and healthy! Okay fine, sige ipilit ang konsepto na pumayat nga!

One reason that has kept me derailed in my fitness challenge is the thought of moving out of Brunei and starting a bagong buhay sa ibang lupain. Although the thought is really exciting, still, I can’t deny na talagang nagenjoy rin ako sa Brunei especially dahil sa mga kaibigan na nakasama ko. Wag na natin pagusapan ang work. Chos!

So the past three days ay talagang nakakagulantang in terms of kainan. Since Friday, I’ve been eating crazy! I was invited by a close friend over dinner, another dinner (buffet!) came in Saturday and on Sunday, I attended the birthday celebration of my supah friend Jovert. Di ako nakatanggi sa kainan. Lamon kung lamon. And as I was eating, I just conditioned myself to work out – more!!!!

With all of the kainan, I felt that I’ve not lost any pounds for the past months. Parang dengue ang paglalaro ng bigat ko sa timbangan. On and off ang pagsexy at paglobo! With this, I thought of the TOP 20 ways to complete the statement "Pumapayat ba ako? Hindi, ____________"

Before making you tawa, (making you tawa talaga? Kasi ang di tumawa eh susunduin ni Lord) let me talk first about the three fabulous days I had.

 Day 26: Friday

I wasn’t able to workout because I had sakit ng likod. As I thought, baka nasobrahan naman daw ako sa kakaehersisyo! With that, hindi na ako nagehersisyo. I opted to take a rest and enjoy a snack.

Actually, I'd been craving to drink a Pearl Milk Tea since, since, uhm, since ewan! Basta kaka-adik. With that, naisipan kong to grab one. Di pa ako nakontento sa Pearl Milk Tea. I also dropped by the nearest bakeshop and bought three pieces of Quiche. 

After an hour of rest I met Ms. Cecil at Fleur De Lys. Ms. Cecil is of my friends in Brunei and one of our agency’s clients. More or less, our meet up was a send-off for me. In her words, siguradong busy ka na sa susunod na linggo kasi maraming friends ang magsend-off sa’yo.


In our meet up, Diyos ko, ayun, nakapain ako ng tuna salad. Okay na sana kaya lang napakain ako ng brownies for dessert.  

Fitness challenge, FAIL!

Day 27: Saturday

I missed again my Taichi. Oh Dear! Halos one month na akong di nakakapag-Taichi sa umaga.So Last Saturday, it was another “tinamad ako” moment and I missed my routine.

What’s bongga last Saturday was when I was invited by my friends to go for a Sungkai. As you all know,it’s the Ramadhan Month; Muslims are fasting. As part of traditions, there’s Sungkai wherein those who fast get to enjoy a festive treat (buffet kung buffet) at night.

Day 28: Sunday

I attended one of my supah friend’s birthday celebration. Di naman ako masyadong nakosensya kasi DIMSUM ang set-up. Then again, I think I had too much. Super busog sa dami ng nakain. For that, todo papawis ako sa bahay by cleaning my room and maka laba my clothes! Lol

1. Mukha pa rin akong anorexic sa tabi mo eh.

2. Kaya nga andito tayo sa plus size section, di ba?

3. Eh dalawang hakbang hingal ka na?

4. Tigilan na ang pag-jo-jogging sa panaginip lang. Gumising ka!

5. Eh gawin bang tubig ang softdrinks!
6. Lunch ko eh snack size sa'yo.

8. Eh kung alagain mo ang fats mo eh para kang nagpapalago ng bulaklak sa hardin!Parami ng parami!

9. Try mo kayang ikandado ang bibig mo sa kakalamon. Palitan mo monthly ha.

11. Wag mo kasing gawing mangkok ang kaldero pag kumakain ka.

12.  Talo mo pa ang IRRI (International Rice Research Institute) sa pagmamahal sa rice. 

13. Lagi mong binabasted ang prutas at gulay sa kainan!

14. Kung magpanic ka sa pagkain eh pang-National Calamity.Magtira ka naman!

15. Try mo kayang magutom.

16. Awat sa SEEFOOD diet. (SEEFOOD: I See Food! Kinakain kahit anong food na makain)

17. Maawa ka sa mga damit mo.Yung crocodile sa Lacoste shirt mo eh naging Godzilla sa pagkabatak!

18. Akala nung saleslady eh growing baby bumb yan!

19. Kailangan mo pa rin ako para itali ang sintas ng sapatos mo.

20. Kasi pag magkasama tayo, laging threesome!



Wohoo! Two days to on blogging my fitness challenge. 


Don't worry, I'd still blog but will focus on new adventures in my life. I'll still post funny stuff and will definitely share about my sentiments on paglisan sa Brunei and document my buhay sa Land Down Undah, sooon!
